Why We Don't Sell Merch.

Why We Don't Sell Merch.

We don’t need another hoodie.

You don’t. We don’t. No one does.

There are already enough brands out there. Enough limited drops. Enough logos pretending to mean something. It’s all noise. Most of it’s built for hype, built to sell identity—but not to build anything real.

We’re not here for that.

Business Casual wasn’t created to chase the trend cycle. We built it because we couldn’t find anything that fit the way we’re actually living. No loud slogans. No seasonal collections. Just one thing done right—with purpose behind every thread.

We don’t sell merch.
We build infrastructure.
And we do it through clothing that funds real systems—not marketing campaigns.

Hypewear Is Hollow

Most clothing drops today are theatre.

They’re designed to go viral. To get shared. To say, “Look at me.” But meaning? Impact? That’s an afterthought.

So you end up with thousands of people wearing "values" that don’t do anything. We didn’t want to contribute to that cycle.

We wanted to build something quietly useful.

Infrastructure Isn’t Sexy—But It’s What Matters

Let’s be real: you don’t scroll past licensing forms or compliance spreadsheets on Instagram.

But that’s what makes real change happen. Not likes. Not slogans.

Drop 001 funds paperwork.
Regulatory prep. Licensing submission. The hard, boring, necessary stuff that moves cannabis from “theory” to something researchers and doctors can actually work with.

We’re not funding growers. We’re funding systems.

So What’s a Founder Drop?

A Founder Drop is a fixed product release tied directly to one thing that matters.

We don’t skim profits. We don’t use revenue to “offset” other costs. We send 100% of profits into one clearly defined, traceable public-benefit project.

Drop 001 → Cannabis licensing facility.
Drop 002 → TBA. But it’ll be just as specific. Just as tangible.

That’s the promise.

Drop 001: The First Test

We picked cannabis licensing because it’s a gaping hole in the UK ecosystem.

95% of all medical cannabis in the UK is still imported. Not because people don’t care—but because the infrastructure to do it right doesn’t exist.

So we’re helping build that—between Edinburgh and Glasgow. A proper research and licensing facility where academics, doctors, and policy people can actually work with cannabis legally. Safely. Locally.

This isn’t about hype. It’s about function.

Design that Doesn’t Perform

We didn’t want clothes that scream.

No massive graphics. No attention-grabbing logos. Just clean, heritage-inspired garments in organic cotton or bamboo. Wax seals. Hand-stamped care cards. Tone-on-tone tags that say exactly what each piece funds.

Every design choice is about clarity. Not clout.

100% of Profits. Every Time.

Not “some proceeds.”

Not “a percentage.”

All of it.
Every Founder Drop routes 100% of profit into infrastructure—because if we’re serious about this, that’s how it has to be.

No margin games. No hidden costs. We build lean and fund hard.

If You’re Still Reading This

Then you’re probably our kind of person.

You’re not here for flash. You’re not here to flex. You’re here to make things better—and do it in a way that doesn’t compromise who you are.

You might not post about it. But you show up with your choices. That’s what Business Casual is for.

This hoodie isn’t just for wearing.
It’s for funding systems. For building out the boring bits that actually make change possible.
